We had an amazing stay with great facilities - indoor pool, sauna, and stable WiFi. The hotel also offers free transportation options with the summer card, including gondolas and buses. The location is quiet and close to beautiful walking trails, which was perfect for us. We were pleased with the rich breakfast and good dinner at a reasonable price. The staff was kind and helpful, while the big and comfortable rooms were clean and full of natural light.
Can't think of anything.

During my stay at the hotel over the Christmas holiday, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel, and the convenient location for accessing skiing trails. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making for an easy check-in process. I also appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the availability of a pool and sauna.
My experience at the hotel was marred by several significant flaws. Firstly, the breakfast and dinner were both underwhelming, with limited options and poor service. Secondly, the internet in my room was not functional, which made it difficult to stay in touch with loved ones during the holiday season. Finally, I was embarrassed to discover that the spa facilities were separated from the pool and required passing through areas where other guests were eating. my experience at this hotel was disappointing and would not recommend it to others.

the hotel is located in a peaceful area, but still conveniently close to the town center and right in the skiing area. Our room was spacious and stylishly decorated with stunning mountain views. the bathroom was comfortable and always clean, thanks to the attentive service provided by the staff. Breakfast was enjoyable with a variety of options and the indoor pool and spa facilities were great for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a city trip. Close to the town but also surrounded by nature, the hotel was situated in a tranquil and picturesque area. the breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh local produce and a range of options to suit all tastes. Another advantage was the provided summer card, offering free entrance to various activities and gondolas in the region.
Despite the comfortable size of the rooms, the bathroom carried a strong chlorine smell, which was unappealing. the hotel was not equipped to cater to English-speaking guests, making communication challenging at times.
